This site tells you about the games we make. It does not sell anything, and it does not ask you to make an account.

This website is run by Covert Learning LLC (“we”). By using it you agree to what is on this page. If you do not, please do not use the site.
What this site is
Information about our games, a newsletter you can choose to join, and a way to write to us. Nothing is sold here. When a game has its own website, we link to it, and anything you buy or download there is covered by that site's own terms, not these.
What we say about the games
We try to describe each game accurately and to separate what is built from what is planned. Games in development change. A feature listed as planned is an intention, not a promise or an offer, and dates are estimates unless we say otherwise.
Nothing on this site is educational, medical or psychological advice about a particular child. You know your child; we do not.
The newsletter
Joining is free and you can leave whenever you like using the link in any email. What we keep, and for how long, is on the privacy page.
Who owns what
The writing, drawings, names and logos on this site belong to Covert Learning LLC. You are welcome to link to any page, and to quote from the site with a link back. Please do not copy the site wholesale or present our work as your own.
The typefaces are Fraunces and Atkinson Hyperlegible Next, used under the SIL Open Font License.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, including our games' own. We are not responsible for what other sites say or do.
Please do not
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site;
- use the forms to send spam or anybody else's personal details;
- collect content from the site automatically in a way that burdens it.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it always will be, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
